Regina Stanback Stroud to Headline Black History Month Address

The Umoja Aspire Program presents the 2022 Black History Month Address on February
3, at 1:00pm.
The event will be held virtually with guest speaker Dr. Regina Stanback Stroud, who will be making the address 鈥淲here Do We Go From Here鈥�.
Aspire鈥檚 information on the event states that, 鈥淒r. Regina Stanback Stroud is an anti-racist
activist and committed practitioner, who has dedicated 35 years of her life鈥檚 work
to higher education, serving as a CCC Chancellor, President, Vice President of Instruction,
Dean and Professor of Nursing.鈥�
According to her , Stroud, 鈥渨as appointed by President Barack Obama to the President's Advisory Council on Financial Capability for Young Americans.鈥�
