Facility Rental Fee Schedule

Fees for facilities not listed, multi-day rentals, and multi-facility rentals are calculated on a case by case basis.
Fees listed are subject to change.  Actual facility rental fees will be listed on the Facility Use Agreement for each rental.

Civic Center Rental Fee

The Civic Center rental fee complies with California Education Code Section 82537.This fee is offered to entities organized for cultural activities and general character building or welfare purposes.  Click here for more information regarding Civic Center Uses. The College will determine which fee the user is eligible for based on their submission of the Facility Rental Application.

Commercial Filming Fee

All commercial filming rentals are subject to a $525 per hour filming fee.

    • Civic Center Eligibility

      Civic Center usage of facilities at ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog is governed by California Education Code Title 5 Section 82537. User Eligibility:

      • Individuals that reside in the Mt. San Antonio Community College District
      • Not for profit organizations with 501(c)3 eligibility
      • Clubs and associations organized for general character building or welfare purposes
        • Examples:
          • Student clubs and organizations
          • Parent-teachers’ associations
          • Girl and Boy Scout Troops
          • Senior Citizens’ Organizations
          • Other Public Agencies

      Event Eligibility

      The following list provides examples of events that are typically eligible for Civic Center usage.  The events typically are less than six hours in length and expect less than five hundred attendees.

      • Meetings and Discussions
      • Trainings
      • Recreational Activities
        • Folk/Square Dancing
        • Group Exercise
        • Bingo
        • Leisure Games
        • Sit and Paint
      • Fundraising activities where admission fees and/or solicited contributions are expended for the welfare of the students of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District
